I've used the Deputy Service offered by Sato 
several times and have been more then happy to 
pay that 20% to him. 

I agree with Alistair - he runs the risk of 
someone not paying, and then he's stuck with a 
cel he doesn't want and in many instances 
probably could not get the same amount of money 
for should he not be paid and has to sell it 
again. It's not as if he waits for our money to 
arrive before he pays the seller, he pays as soon 
as the auction ends and then hopes for the money. 
The first time I used his services my total was 
almost 1000.00 - that's a LOT of money for 
someone to put out for someone they have never 
heard from before and quite possibly might be 
getting ripped off by.

I'll happily continue to use his services when I 
don't have an alternative. :)   He's a very 
pleasant person to work with.
