he is a seishi of Byakko, protector god of Sailo 
country, and he's the one that taught Tamahome 
how to fight when Tamahome was young. Tokaki, who 
is something like 110 years old, becomes young 
again through his wife's (Subaru) magic in order 
to help Tamahome and the rest of the Suzaku 
seishi.
