Hi Tim!

I think it's great that you're getting a cel as a
present...what a cool idea! And not many people
seem to ever think of it. At least, not around
my house. T_T

I've been a Sailormoon cel collector for some
time now, and I make purchases from Yahoo Japan
and the cels.org dealers all the time (so I might
be able to help you a little there). I have
never ordered from mangaya, but by now I've
ordered from practically everywhere else, and
I've always had good experiences. My favorite
place to go is Yahoo Japan and I go through
Celga's Deputy Service. I can't say enough good
things about them; you get your cels in perfect
condition and in good time--and the people are so
nice! You can visit their site at:
http://www.geocities.com/jpanime_com/celga.htm

No, I only wish I spoke Japanese. My "Instant
Japanese" travel handbook is interesting but
little to no help in these situations. So if you
want to translate some of these sites, go to
elingo at:
http://www.elingo.com/browse/browse.php3
Just copy and paste the Japanese webpage URL,
select "Japanese" as the original language
option, and off you go!

Also, if you want to convert currency amounts, I
recommend the Universal Currency Converter at:
http://www.xe.net/ucc/

I do have these links and some more to other
reputable dealers on my "Cel Links" page on my
site. Of course, it is not all inclusive.

Well, that's about it. If you have any
questions, feel free to e-mail me!

Happy cel hunting!
~Anne
