Making offers on cels may not be as easy as 
buying something at a set price. But I don't 
understand why it would make anyone angry. If you 
think you need a cel bad enough to do something 
like bid up an auction as revenge toward a seller 
then you have the problem, not the seller. That 
is just destructive. Remember that you are 
actually dealing with real people on the other 
side of your modem line, not pawns just there to 
provide you with more cels. Interfering with 
someone's auction can really cause some problems 
for the seller, especially when dealing with this 
much money. It's too bad ebay doesn't have any 
strong policies for retaliating against this.

Either way, Marisa is a very reputable collector, 
as well as a nice person. Myself and alot of 
others have had good transactions with her, sorry 
if you couldn't but you shouldn't take it 
personally.
