Just cruised mangaya's update, and saw many 
familiar cels. Looks like Mangaya is muffser on 
YJ...a seller who has a few nice DBZ cels on 
auction. Here's my question, why would he/she not 
ship internationally? I've bought from them 
through their site, so they seem to be 
comfortable enough with english. 

Just curious.
