I think that it's absurd for you to ask someone 
not to try for a cel that they want.  Besides, 
that cel is not going to go for the 250.00 
they're asking anyway. It's going to get enough 
requests it will go to their auction so you might 
as well deal with it and accept the fact that 
you're going to need to pay a lot more money for 
it, or not get the cel. :p
