UV glass helps to fight fading...if you're framed 
cel is going to be hung anywhere except a 
dungeon...I definitely would use it. Hey, it's 
only a few bucks more and can really help to 
protect a cel. Also, remember that UV protection 
does not last forever...you should replace your 
glass every couple years or so. 

IF you've framed a cel, and notice some 
additional fading, you probably could have 
avoided it with UV glass. Hey, but it's all up to 
you. ^_^ Use it only if you think you need it.
