I think Heather (of Usagi's House) posted a 
few days ago that JACML is still up and 
running...

As for there only being one page: Yann is
archiving right now (making a separate batch of
threads up to Feb. 2001) so that the page
will load faster and once it is uploaded you
will be able to search the older messages.  =)
