Thanks for the info on the process of cel.  It 
was very informative.

So I guess for every cel that's ever made there 
must be a corresponding douga to make the trace 
lines but not necessary an existing drawing/ 
sketck since they may be a few sketches that are 
used for one cel example A1 but A2 cel might 
never have pencil sketches becasue it looks 
exactly like A1 but just moved 1/2" (probably to 
save time drawing the sketch again).  Therefore 
sketches for A1 & 0 sketch for A2 

As for getting an unstuck sketch or getting one 
at all is dependant upon how lucky you are & just 
is like an added bonus/treat. ^_^  main course 
for some or dessert for others ^_^
