It is from Shin Tenchi (Tenchi In Tokyo) but I 
can't tell you which episode. There are a number 
of people who can tell you exactly where it is 
who are on this forum, though!
I remember that this is from the scene where Yuugi 
is breaking up the family, the crystal with 
each family members face are swirling 
around, I think...but I haven't seen it in a long 
time. Someone else will help, don't worry! :-)
