i was wondering about how much this sailor saturn 
cel is worth, like how much it might go for if i 
sold it here or put it on ebay; this cel isnt for 
sale though but i might sell it if the price is 
right, its really a beautiful cel and from a great 
sequence, its from the episode and sequence of 
sailor saturns first appearance; i can barely 
remember that episode at all, but it had the 
sailor scouts arguing with uranus and neptune 
about hotaru; then she turns into saturn, she isnt 
wearing her sailor scout clothing, but she does 
have the symbol of saturn on her forehead, the 
sequence went by very fast, i think it was only a 
few seconds long, i had the id for this cel but 
forgot it, if anyone can id this cel for me i'd 
really appreciate it, i'd also like to know if 
this background matches and if this looks like the 
first cel in the sequence, i think it is but i 
cant read the sequence number,
