I happened across this cel and since I kind of 
have a crush on Lupin (you can stop laughing now) 
I had to get it. Anyone have any idea where it's 
from? TV? Movie? I have only seen Castle of 
Cagliostro and The Fuma Conspiracy. Any help 
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
