first i want to thank pale and avery and everyone 
who emailed me  ^^  thank you for the 
support, ... i had been feeling quite bummed by 
this forum's "vibe" lately  ~_-

anyway, i got the seller's contact info, i guess 
i'll give him a call at some point.... not right 
now, i still want to give him a little time.

his email addy is @hotmail .... this system is 
having recent problems??????  or does it 
consistently have problems??   do they have 
problems *sending* emails too????

also found link on ebay to pursue recourse if he 
ends up still being a total non-seller.

so, i am pursuing it.  i WANT this cel, 
dammit!  ;)  but overall, no matter if his email 
acct sucks or whatever, it still "feels" fishy to 
me.... i'll let you know the end result 
eventually.  ::fingers crossed::
