Re: What's the big deal if he is doing this? Get a life! (Mon Jun 4 07:06:27 2001 )

What difference does it really make if people re-
sell cels? Look at it this way, are all of your
cels in your collection newly painted just for
you where you were the only owner? Of course
not. It is not illegal to do this. Maybe some
people need money and have the brains to buy and
re-sell cels and if they do, good for them. I
see it happen all the time. When I bid on cels
on ebay, they are all previously owned and all
being re-sold. So, what's the big deal if somone
buys a few cels on YJ or other sites and re-sells
them. They may be doing a lot of people a
service since not everyone knows of or hangs out
on this cels forum 24 hours a day. When you buy
cels off YJ those people selling them are dealers
trying to make a living and they are selling used
cels. Most of them are not selling their own
private collections. I just don't see the big
deal why people have to get all excited over
something like this when we all buy used cels
that are second-hand and previously owned. I bet
if it was a cel you were looking for, you would
not have thought twice about buying it. I see a
lot of sites with cels that are very costly and I
know they did not paint them themselves or buy
them directly from the anime company. They are
selling cels they purchased elsewhere to make
more money to make a living. Geez, get over it
already.
