I think a nice opening cel from that series would 
be over $100. I have never watched the series, 
but I bought (Sara?),opening cel, with sketch, 
head shot, all in shades of red, eyes closed, 
beautiful, for $150 because I wanted it. When I 
bought, there was one of her for $300, same scene 
but eyes open, which someone else bought. I 
bought my cel with the intentions of never 
selling it. To date I have never sold a cel. I 
have been collecting for about three years.

I have not yet paid $500 for a cel, although I 
have considered it. The most I have paid so far 
is for BattleAngel Alita, $360 just before her 
price skyrocketed. But I'm not selling that one 
either.

I'm not sure what your income level is, but if 
you feel like you might need to sell your cels 
quickly to pay bills, I don't think you should 
spend your money on cels. You would most likely 
end up taking a loss, not to mention the 
aggravation of selling them, dealing with 
strangers who may back out, etc.
