In case anyone was wondering, I am the other new
member of Celga. Here is a little more information
for you:
1. We are currently testing the automated system
to streamline the ordering process. We are
maintaining the "first come" aspect of the service
. This means that if you are the first person to
ask for an item, your bid is accepted. If someone
else bids more later, they are taken 'in line' for
the item.
2. Until the automated system is up and running we
are re-opening using the regular manual method.
Once the bugs have been worked out of the
automated method, we will switch over to it.
3. We have new teams of people working to
constantly improve customer service and shipping
times. We want to handle all of this in a
friendly, courteous, professional manner. Please
bear with us while we settle in to our new method
of doing things.
