Hello!

Sorry to bother you guys with this, but I was 
wondering if anyone out there could help me value 
a cel of mine that I may end up trading?  I'm 
trying to work out a trade for a wishlist cel, 
but don't know how much clout this cel 
carries.  I've never seen any other Twin Signal 
cels for sale (and the OAV was only 3 episodes 
long..)  Thanks ahead of time!
