I'm pretty sure that cel is from the 1st TV 
series. She wears that outfit through most the 
first 5 or 6 eps. 

On the browser issue, check to make sure you've 
got Java enabled and that your security settings 
are on medium and not high. Also make sure you've 
got it set to accept cookies.

I didn't know they made coconut Pocky. :) Yum.
