Thank you both for letting me know.  I had to 
first prove I was supposed to be receiving emails.

Apparently, my internet provider decided to block 
certain email addresses because of "attacks" to 
their mail server from various Asian subnets.  So 
needless to say, it's time to get a new email 
service.
