I've been collecting for almost a year and a 
half, obviously not as long as most of you. 
Already I can tell the market has gotten crazy 
regarding a few shows. DBZ and Sailor Moon are 
the obvious ones. I love both shows but I never 
really seriously collected from them. They were 
never expensive shows a year ago. You would pay 
in the hundreds for bank and rare cels of course 
but that went with most popular shows. Now I'd 
have to say they've skyrocketed everywhere. Ebay, 
YJ, dealers in both countries...obviously there's 
a demand. One thing confuses me. I remember 
Gundam Wing cels got more expensive when it began 
to air on Cartoon Network. DBZ and Sailor Moon 
have been on for a few years...why the craze now?
Another thing is how long both the series lasted. 
Some shows are expensive because they only ran 
one season, therefore less episodes= less cels. 
Anyone want to start taking bets on how this 
market trend is gonna play out? :)
