Just OOC, I thought I'd see if anyone here knows 
what anime this cel is from.  I don't have a 
clue.  I got it a couple of years ago as a 
freebie.  I actually really like it, and I was 
planning to eventually add it to my webpage, 
which is why I scanned it.  But then I forgot 
about it until now (I was browsing through my 
scans to add my URL to my Dragon Ball cels).  
Anyway, the scan isn't great.  She's wearing a 
dark purple outfit (looks almost like velvet or 
something) with roses on the collar, carrying a 
cute handbag, and there's a six-pointed star 
(like a Star of David) on her hat.

It looks like it's from a pretty old anime.  If 
you have any idea what it's from, please let me 
know.
