In my case, I typically bid on YJ auctions (I've 
never used a deputy service yet) only for cels 
that I don't think I could ever find at an 
English-speaking (Or even a Japanese) dealer.  
I've been able to get a couple of Romeo no 
Aoisora cels, a cel from Nintama Rantarou, and a 
Dragon Ball (not Z) cel (although they usually 
seem to go above what I'm willing to pay).  I 
refuse to pay over 1 man (10,000 yen) for most 
cels, whether on YJ or at a dealer, unless it's 
something spectacular (like my lovely Irumi HxH 
cel!  ^_^)  But then again, the series that I 
collect from are usually inexpensive, probably 
due to lack of interest.  Thank goodness I never 
started to collect Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, etc. 
cels.  Not that I didn't think about it. . .
