   Thanks.  I'm gonna monitor this character's cel
price and see if the prices are rising...then
maybe I should buy.  I guess I waited a month and
since no one is buying it yet...maybe everyone is
waiting as well.

   One side note...seems like Nibichei drops
prices much more often than other sellers.  I see
them cut prices after a month ...whereas other
sells don't.  But then again...I think that is
also because their prices are usually a little
higher and so they can afford to drop more (a
little psychology they do...me thinks...)

   Lovely cel and for a great price.  I think
outlaw star is one of those series that'll only go
up... ^_^ ...great find.
