HI KYLEN!! you remember me right? from yerf?:D

Anyways.. I have two cels from a sequence in 
Tenchi Muyo/Pretty Sammy where Tenchi and Ryoko 
are about to kiss.. On BOTH cels, the highlight 
on Tenchi's face is painted on the front.. when I 
got my first cel, I thought something was wrong, 
but they both seem to be like this.. However, I 
dont know the reason.. maybe someone else can 
help you there.. But I'm pretty sure that your 
cels probably came from the studio that way, and 
were not painted on by the previous owner:)

P.S.  do you have your cels anywhere online? I'd 
love to see em sometime!
