On Taro's page, there is a schedule on past times 
they updated to get an idea. The ml they have 
goes to me ten minutes after the update, but I 
catth them pretty on time, because I have nothing 
better to do than refresh every night every so 
and so... *shakes head* Well, yep, my computer is 
always on, and doesn't get turned off, and do 
other work while I'm up, so I can check a lot. 
They've been doing it lately later than normal, 
bit it's hard to say. Here near VA. Eastern time, 
I don't go to bed till morning, so it's good. 
They do sporadic and lately it's been near like 
way in the morning. It can be anywhere from 
midnight to the morning, so can't really tell. 
You just have to be ready and lucky I suppose?
