I'm not positive, but it looks to me like it is 
a "model" cel .. I'm not sure what the equivalent 
name would be for anime cels - that's what 
American animation dealers have called similar 
cels I've seen.  It's basically a concept cel of 
the character shown from different angles.  Like 
I said - could be wrong. I'm interested in seeing 
what others think ^_^;
