Hi! :) I'm a new collector. I was reading all the 
FAQs on Cel Collecting and they usually say to 
keep cels in a cel bag followed by a cel book. 
However, there seems to be very little places 
selling cel books and most have to be with the 
purchase of a cel.

I was wondering whether anyone can recommend me 
places where they sell cel books and cel bags.
