Stuff I learned at Steve Bennett's cel painting class. (Thu May 10 18:12:10 2001 )

I took his class at Fanime, I don't recall
seeing anyone from the cel collector's meeting
there, but I could be wrong.

You want to start with really small details first
then work your way up to major parts.

Small details would be highlights and shadings.

You want to move up to down, left to right(or 
right to left if you're a south paw.)  This is to
make sure you don't smudge anything on accident.

That's what Steve taught us, here are  a few 
pointers of my own:

Use a small, soft bristle brush that you can 
easily make into a point.

ALWAYS wet the brush before putting it in paint.
If you don't, it will be a bitch to clean.  Trust
me on that.
