One of Kojiro from Pocket Monsters.  I've located a few but they're either too expensive or  snapped up before I canget 'em.  There's a really cute one at Animegame right now for 180 bucks I'd love.. but I'm afraid by the time I raise the money it'll be gone. ;_;

My second "dream cel" would be one of Mosquiton from the original OAV series when he's NOT in his evil form.  I've seen a number of him as evil, which is odd seeing as those should be less common.  If I were getting REALLY picky (which I'm not, I simply want one of non-evil Mo-chan) I could say I wanted one from the end credits right after Inaho has kissed him, when he has that goofy look on his face.
