is.  Thing is...cels of this character keeps
popping up right and left in JY but I keep getting
outbid (and I'm almost certain these bidders are
all Japanese bidders...which gives them a definite
advantage in terms of no deputy fees).  I'd be
paying out the wazu for a $600 cel with deputy
fees.
