Hi!

Still on the prowl for a cel for my sister.  it 
sounds like the SM cel I was looking at might not 
be right for her, so i thought I'd try another 
series.

It's Kiki's Delivery service and a cel of the 
main character holding 2 kitties. It's only a 
profile shot, but it's nice. Again, I haven't 
been fast enough to find too many, but an 
acquantence said they could possibly sell me this 
one and to make an offer.

What would be a good offer that wouldn't make me 
look silly but wouldn't insult the seller?
