I, myself have paid up to $400.00   for a sailor 
moon cel.  The price you pay for a cel totally 
depends on how much the cel means to you.  Since 
your purchasing it for someone else and thus 
never collect SM cel's it's kind of hard to tell. 
Is there anyway you could post the pic on the 
forum or if you want you could email the pic to 
me at my above email address and I could probably 
help.  Don't worry about me trying to go around 
behind you and steal the cel. First of all I 
would NEVER do that to another collector and 
secondly I am Broke form buying Seiya Cel's. LOL 
Okay not totaly broke but it's a good thing I 
paid of my bills this month.  ^_^
