Since PayPal charges the seller an extra fee for 
using credit card, I've seen quite a few folks 
say in their auctions that the buyer has to absorb 
that cost, or split it with the seller.  Now, 
while I don't do this with my auctions, I see no 
reason that the seller shouldn't be permitted to 
specify who pays that PayPal fee.  It doesn't seem 
any different than saying that the buyer has to 
pay extra to cover the cost of shipping.

Or am I missing something?
