I just finally got the time for the panel from the 
con. The panel is sceduled to start at 10:30 AM
on Saturday and will go for an hour. Focus on the 
panel will be on two things: 

1)General knowledge needed if you have never 
purchased a cel before or are not really familar 
with the anime cel market 

2) How to evaluate cels to get some idea on what 
is a reasonable price for them. 

If anyone is willing to join me on the panel, I 
would much appreciate it. Please drop me an e-mail 
and I will try to get back to you ASAP.

We also have permission to use an open room for a 
more a more informal cel collector gathering later 
in the con. If you have a preference on time and 
are going to be there, please let me know so I can 
try and accomidate everyone.
