        Cel just means "celluloid", clear plastic, as pointed out, and thus as long as it is not stated to be a production cel, - (Apr 27 21:57)
        
        There is a difference between "plastc" and "celluloid" or the acetate that cels are painted on. Items like shitajiki ca - Lady Brick (Apr 27 22:14)
