Hmm...That's odd, and just doesn't sound right.  
I only just started dealing with Tetsu, but thus 
far, my transactions have been going very 
smoothly.  
It seems awfully odd for them to have done so, 
and not all that nice.  =#
I'm equally confused by the crazy conversion 
mentioned in the other response.  The couple 
times I've bought from them, they've used an 
above-average conversion rate, and I've ended up 
spending quite a bit less than I thought I would.
Strange..  It seems dealings in this hobby are 
rather erratic, at times..
