of times you can get some great deals on 
Ebay.   I also listed some card captor cels.  
Sailormoon and dragonball are a little more 
expensive.  

I think generally, if you don't wish to spend that 
much money, you have to either have 
incredible luck or just buy cels that are farther 
shots...
