Yes, that seems to be true. . . There are a few 
cels like that which I would want if they showed 
up, but mostly you don't see them. (And I don't 
have any. . .)

A bit ago, Hobby Shop K (I think it was them) had 
some neat ones from Sailor Moon of Usagi's hand 
holding her wand and of Tuxedo Mask's rose, among 
others. Did anyone here get those? ^_^  The rose 
one was particularly striking and I would love to 
see it again. ^_^
