His name is Eagle Vision... but I think most
people just call him Eagle, like they call
Hikaru Shidou just Hikaru etc. etc.  I don't
remember him refered to as anything other than
just "Eagle" in the OAV (although this is a 
TV cel)... so that may be more the reason why
most call him just Eagle...
