ack! that's gotta be the worst fake I've ever 
seen in my life! Even in the orginal PPG shorts 
(before their Cartoon Network debut) they were 
drawn with thick black outer lines...

Word from a friend who works for HB is that PPG 
cels won't be available for a long time, if at 
all. Right now, the best you can get is the 
limited edition, hand-painted cels (check e-bay, 
they've probably got some!) The hand-done repros 
are probably better than the real thing, since 
PPG cels are inked and painted entirely with 
computers -_-
