I love villains (and hence cels of them) not just 
because they are cool and interesting characters, 
but because they often seem to genuinely love 
what they do.  Why else would the Evil Laugh be 
such an important feature of a villan's 
character.  So I want to see some cels of evil 
characters, but not just any cels.  I want to see 
the ones that show the bad guys lvong what they 
do.  For example, we have Tenkou below from FY 
OAV II episode 4 laughing at an enraged Miaka who 
is a bit upset that he has attacked Taka.  Tenkou 
certainly seems to be enjoying himself immensely 
at thier expense.  And in the end, isn't that 
what being evil is all about? ^_^
