The cel was probably sent by EMS, which is 
insured.  Contact Taro (Sato's e-mail) and 
discuss filing a claim with them.  The insurance 
will be paid to the shipper, who will then have 
to reimburse you.

If you can post a scan of the cel you received, 
that would help ID what went wrong.  Also, if you 
saved the original Taro scan of the cel (or you 
still have it on your Remember list), that would 
also help compare and see if you got duped or not.
