I'm one of those people who do prefer A-grades ^_^ 
(for quality detail, especially eyes... gotta love 
eyes...), so as such it takes something special, 
of course, to get my interest in something like 
profiles. Most anime profiles I've seen are weird, 
like too-pointy noses or strange chins or 
disproportionate eyes, or in the middle of an 
action not necessarily flattering to the character 
design (e.g. yelling). I don't particularly 
collect from specific scenes - I collect the 
characters...

This (vets will have seen this since I posted it a 
while back) is a perfect profile, and one of my 
most cherished Trigun cels (heehee). Everything is 
perfect - the delicate backlit shading, detail in 
the eye, ear, angle composition of the glasses, 
and his nose/chin are quite normal. :P Definitely 
catches a mood, eh?
