hmm actaully, there are a few sellers on YJ who 
are willing to help you out if you ask nicely. 
Just check around and see what sellers will ship 
international and do some business with them, 
then they are willing to help you out in the 
future. Thats how I met the guy who now helps out 
the bidding for me and my friend. The person who 
helps me out do it on a favor base because I buy 
a lot fo cels from him. They are all usually 
pretty nice about it but just remember they are 
sellers themselves and are often very busy so 
they do not bid like celga does
