hmm you can get mineral water in grocery 
stores..along with isopropyl alcohal..and those 
lousy no slip in the shower stickums that scratch 
your butt when you try to take a bath...`_~

hmm also you can get a lot of cleaning things in 
the art supply stores..
there are tons of things to clean paint up 
there..be careful though some things are meant to 
clean paint off of things COMPLETELY and will 
most likely damage acetate..you really shouldnt 
clean with any chemical that if you were going to 
use it as eyedrops it would be a bad idea. 
meaning it should be kinda weak..and it all 
depends on what you want to clean off..there are 
tons of threads about cleaning cels that really 
go in depth, you can try the search jobbie to 
find them...
