I just purchased a really great Tenchi Muyo cel 
of Washu and Tenchi, and I noticed that it has a 
matching douga along with it. All my other Tenchi 
Muyo cels don't have matching pencils. Is this 
rare? Ive heard that AIC typically doesnt include 
the matching pencil...
