well I've been debating with many close friends 
on spending $300 on one cel or not. I know a lot 
of people might think $300 isn't much (Especially 
some cel collectors) *BUT* I am a college student 
who is about to transfer to a very expensive 
university and move out on my own. And I only 
work part-time which...money wise *blah!* so $300 
can actaully go a long long way ...to me anyways. 
But on the pro side of this, the cel is of my 
favorite anime and character. I would probably 
never use a deputy service for *any* cel but this 
one is one of the rare ones that will be shipped 
to US so i can bid on it on my own (before they 
change the rules of course) so I don't know how 
many chances a nicer cel will come along, but I 
do want this one.

Any good advice people? how do you decide when 
you are in my situation? I have about 4 days to 
do this
