Okay...it was my first anime convention and I 
had no idea what to expect.  It was both more 
and less than what I had expected.  

  Way more cels selling than I thought.. (good 
thing...expect for my wallet).  It was also really 
nice to be able to see the cels in person 
before purchasing (really...*really* enjoyed 
that).   Plus...just looking at them...so nice.

   I was really suprised about the cosplaying 
costumes...but started to enjoy it the second 
day.  I really liked the guests and I got several 
signatures and drawings from guest (though I 
really don't know their anime series...yet).  

   I also realized that I have years of catching 
up to do in terms of watching anime! :)  

   I *did* see a series that I really liked called 
"crest of the stars" (i think).  Does anyone 
know if it is done on cels?  What year? and if 
there are any out there (or am I too late...and 
most have gone into collectors already).

   And for those Loddos War fans...I saw some 
very nice looking deedlit cels...some only in 
the hundreds.  Fortunately, I haven't watched 
that anime series and actually...was told I 
wouldn't like it. 

   Seems like the series I like...I have yet to see 
a cel from it.  Sigh...and if crest of the stars 
doesn't have cels...oh well.  

   Oh...and last but not least...another thumbs 
down to daylight savings for stealing an hour 
away from fanime. ^^.

   Kinda sad that I missed the cel 
meething...tho...

   Anyone in the SJ/SF area going up to 
Seattle?
