Ok, new to the series, and was wondering from 
people who may know more than I, what cels are 
the best. 

I'm just wondering how rare Raphael cels are? Do 
they show up a lot than usual? What is the price 
range on them and such? Is Raphael that big of a 
deal if you find a cel of him? Like in 
comparision to any other anime character, how 
rare is he? I think I might like the series more, 
just love the characters and such and just want 
to get everyone's opinion! Thanks!
