I am so upset I had to rant somewhere.  I bought 
a cel about a month ago.  It was a gorgeous shot 
of Mikael from Tenshi ni Narumon with wings.  The 
nicest of him with wings I've ever seen in fact. 
Once I got confirmation of it I went ahead and 
sold off the other cel I had of him with wings 
which wasn't as nice, at an 80 dollar LOSS from 
what I paid for it.. because I didn't care 
because I was going to have this lovely cel. I 
was more excited about getting this cel than I 
have been any cel for at least half a year.
Well time ticked on and I never heard back again 
from the seller (they were going to email me 
again with a shipping total).  I knew this seller 
was very busy, and certain other dealers have 
taught us all the fine art of patience.  So 
finally I email them again asking about it, and 
they said "You cancelled the order."  I of course 
say "No I didn't I have bought many many cels 
from you and never cancelled an order"  They 
check their records and determine "Oh, you're 
right, you didn't cancel the order" But they had 
already sold and shipped it to someone else! (Who 
I contacted but surprise surprise had no interest 
in parting with the cel.. can't say I blame them, 
though they were rather RUDE about it and could 
have been a bit nicer.. their curtness certainly 
did nothing to help my already fouled mood (As an 
aside my parents are letting some friend of my 
sister's who was kicked out of her house live in 
my room while I'm away at college, and the idea 
of having this perfect stranger in my bed, in my 
room, with all my stuff including my cels does 
not sit well with me))

I'm upset with the seller, a little angry, but I 
still like them(they're very personable and I 
chat with them a fair bit about non-cel stuff) 
and I guess I should have contacted them sooner 
(I was TRYING to be understanding about time 
delays, I guess the moral of this story is be 
pushy) which is of course why I haven't named any 
names here. This was just such a downer that I 
didn't need right now.

Anyway.. thanks for letting me take up MB space 
people.
